ASUS Service is really bad

• Issues: Camera and Temperature

For Camera issue that make your camera froze or bugs, can be solved temporarily by restart your device once or twice. And for Temperature that got almost overheat easily, you need to use 3rd party fancooler, because Aeroactive Cooler 6 is not that reliable.

I wish that ASUS can do better with their service by extend their Security and OS Update at least for 1 more year, because these issues is from their software. I think that their software R&D is not capable enough.

@Mattias_ASUS what your thought on this? am i right that your software R&D is not capable enough? because the latest OS having so much issues that kinda fatal for your product.

add: now my bug camera is not fixed even afters dozens restart. the bug is like this, 0.6× is macro and 1~8× is ultra-wide. there is no main camera and selfie camera detected. wtf ASUS?! @Mattias_ASUS 

edit: it's been solved by go to safe mode 2 times then restart. this things only happen to me after update in august.

There could be something hardware related to the issue still, specially if this keeps appearing.
If you see this happening again you can do a SMMI test to see if the module is having issues, you can do this by opening the calculator app and typing ".12345+=" and selecting the Rear Camera Test.
If the test fails then I would strongly recommend contacting your closest ASUS Service Center

i got this result when i randomly take picture, but i can use my camera just fine right now.

is there something wrong with procedure?

it says the test is try to take a picture with specified QR code, but what kind of QR code? like the wifi, i failed because i have no 5G wifi, even tho my wifi runs normally.

edit: look at how good the camera is, so i can't say that there is problem with the camera.
