Just bought type c earphones and find out that every port on phone working but not aeroactive coolers 6 port. Any ideas how to fix it?

The port on the AAC6 is only for power and not for information transfer.

So what is the point to have it? When your hand on bottom usb port you also cannot use it.. and 3.5 jack is also not in the best place when you holding.... So that mean bye bye asus hello redmagic...

It is to charge the phone while the AeroActive Cooler is in there, this also unlocks the Frozen mode in the AeroActive Cooler, in this case the bottom USB-C port / 3.5 jack would be the solution.
