Model Name: rog 5
Firmware Version: .210
Rooted or not: not
Frequency of Occurrence: all the time
APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app):
In addition to information above, please also provide as much details as you can, e.g., using scenario, what troubleshooting you've already done, screenshot, etc.
========================================
Just noticed it tonight, when i tried to make a phone call and it won't connect.
The signal for both of the sim is so low, i thought it was normal, i tried to make a phone and it will not connect. So i tried inserting the 2 sim cards to the rog 3 and the signal was great!, For both sim cards and i was able to connect with my calls easily.
This sim card also cannot be contacted via phone call when inserted to rog 5.
Please help!!! With the rog 5!!!

If this doesn't work, try toggling airplane mode.
The next thing to try is to reset Bluetooth and network settings but going to settings - system - reset options - reset WiFi, Bluetooth and mobile.
If none of the above doesn't work, boot into safe mode and u toggle airplane mode.
The next step is to perform factory reset.
If none of the above works, then I suggest you visit your nearest service centre.

ronald1985Already done those steps except for factory reset. I am reluctant to reset the phone again, tired of redownloading apps and files again.Have you tried restarting the device?

But in the past, these steps were suggested by moderators as I remember them)
