johnmacrealI would try again going to the service centre and ask them again if they can fix. If they can't and even better, get a confirmation so you can send in a complaint about your device not being repairable and nothing is being done about it.

I bought this Asus ROG 5 brand new last year around June from the Asus Official Store Thailand via JD Central and the WIFI won't turn on or even the hotspot feature. I only turned the WIFI off to leave the office then I tried turning it on when I arrived home and nothing happened. I already tried restarting the phone, factory resetting and now have contacted the Asus Service Center in Thailand and they are unable to fix it. Can I get a refund for this broken device? I need to have a working and functioning phone ASAP.
