My rog 5s phone automatically shuts off when it's under 15 %. Does my phone battery have a problem?

Frequency of Occurrence: it has happened 3 times now and it's been only a week since I've bought it.

S is for slightly better. Don't let performance benchmark fool you bro.
His problem can be fixed with battery calibration. There are many threads regarding that process.

Recalibrate your battery works
Step1: go to "Settings" > "Battery" > "Battery Care"> "Select charging limit"> "Move bar to 100%" , and turn on "steady charging" n choose "ultra steady"
Step2:Plug in AC charger to charge battery to 100%
Step3:Normal use until capacity of battery decrease to 0%
Step4:Do Step 2 again to charge battery to 100 %
