Please follow the below:
1.Update to the latest software version if not done already.
2.If the phone was previously working fine and the recent update caused the issue, Factory reset your phone
3.Try swapping SIM and check if the SIM swap works or if the same SIM works with another phone
4.Check under Safe mode
5.Share a screenshot or video and share SIM, Network, other details
Safe mode steps:
Hold the power button for 5 seconds => When the screen flashes with option => Press & hold power option => You will get an option to restart in safe mode
I can confirm I am using JIO and Airtel everything works fine
