Hi hit161103,
Can you try the following:
Try a different earphones
Run a SMMI test to check if this is related to Hardware
If you have recently updated your software version, kindly factory reset once.
How to Enter SMMI_TEST (test hardware)
Go to Calculator=> type ".12345+= "
you will be entered to SMMI_TEST
