Hi @edraalamsyah Can you try these troubleshooting steps? 1. Use a different pair of headphones/headset to see if the audio jack is working. Or Use the same with a different phone. 2.Run SMMI Test to check if there is any hardware issue How to Enter SMMI_TEST (test hardware) Go to Calculator=>type " .12345+= " you will be entered to SMMI_TEST If a hardware issue is found, please visit the service center.
