Asus ROG Phone 5 - Air Trigger and Game Genie not working

Model Name: Rog Phone 5 - OS 11
Firmware Version:RKQ1.201022.002.WW_Phone-18.0840.2107.151
Rooted or not: No
Frequency of Occurrence: All the time, persistent
APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app): Air triggers, Game Genie
In addition to information above, please also provide as much details as you can, e.g., using scenario, what troubleshooting you've already done, screenshot, etc.

Air Triggers stopped functioning. Phone sent to ASUS Sydney centre for a check, came back with Software being updated stating issue fixed.
Soon as I recieved the phone and setup fresh, same issue - Air triggers will not work.
Game Genie crashes all the time with close app/wait popup
Air Triggers not working at all
Both the above mentioned Apps have full permissions, none denied
Have cleared cache of both above mentioned Apps multiple times.
Have factory reset multiple times and tried to setup fresh too
Both apps have foreground mode enabled
Memory cleaner has been turned off too

That's hardware problem
4 Main problems from ROG Phone 5:
Wi-fi and hotspot won't turn on
Air trigger won't function
Phone would automatically restart when it's overheat
Phone would freeze randomly and must force restart to fix it

3 - I don't want to test for an obvious reason but all the android smartphones that I have had since 2.3 have always displayed Overheating followed by a forced shutdown and this at least twice a year, in July / August.
4 - Any bug application can restart the smartphone, it was the case a few months ago with google news, and more vicious, an update can crash other applications, in March it was System WebView, in June it was Chrome.
