Rog phone 3 battery Draining Issue

I was using rog phone 3 from 2020 now I got problem. First it was like showing system ui and Android system not supported or working. And phone hangs. It was for a month and after that my battery is draining fastly and charging took about more than 3 hours to get full. Then phone automatically shutdown when it reach below 50%. It starts with below 20%. Now it is increasing. I am residing in Tbilisi, Georgia and here is no Asus service centre for repairing my phone. And I have no access to buy my phone accessories too. So please help me with this matter. I don't have any other phone I am fully depending to this phone.
