ROG 3 updated to Andoid 12 caused haywire to the phone

Hey guys!
After I updated my ROG 3 phone to Android 12 (from Android 11), my device loses its network coverage all the time. Also, my phone keeps on rebooting while I'm charging it. Is any of you experiencing the same? Would there be another system update soon?
I would be glad to hear from you. I'd appreciate it. THANK YOU!😔

nope, I recommend doing a factory reset to see if it works again.
