It is probably very late now to ask this, but is it better to force higher refresh rate or set it to Auto?
Refresh rate question
Well, whatever you prefer , auto will give you better battery life overall , 120hz or 144hz (just use 120hz coz difference is minimal and very few like me can notice that ) can give you better and smoother experience overall
