1) After I set my lock screen only blurred screen visible. 2) then switch my mobile from silent mode to normal mode ringtone is not ring what i set, something it rings default ringtone.

You can verify from here: https://zentalk.asus.com/en/categories/release-notes-en Can you check under safe mode and see if the same happens? Safe Mode: Hold the power button for 5 seconds => When the screen flashes with option => Press & hold power option => You will get an option to restart in safe mode
