Live wallpaper issue

I think you are trying to use those live wallpaper which are not fully compatable with ROG 3 try to download live wallpapers which are fully supported with ROG 3 to let them work flawlessly you can get few from XDA ROG 3 forum live wallpaper section.
Also try to clear cache of ASUS zenui launcher and see if that helps.

Can you please elaborate the issue in detail?
Mention your phone's software information.
Go to setting => System => About => Software information.
Also, share a video when you say "not working on handset"
