Just purchased new charger from service centre but not charging

Tried to charge my phone with the new charger I just bought yesterday 12/06/22, it not fast chargers and only says hypercharge. But it's not actually charging my phone, battery percentage actually goes down even while it says hypercharge. Same for the side port as well.



Running the latest firmware, another phone charger works fine both ports work. Please help mod

You can see it's showing hyper charge in battery but it's not working help me please
