Just bought Rog 3 charger from service centre and it's not charging

Tried to charge my phone with the charger that I just bought 11/06)22, it no longer fast chargers and only says hypercharge. But it's not actually charging my phone, battery percentage actually goes down even while it says hypercharge. Same for the side port as well.

Running the latest firmware 18:0410:2203:201 it's not rooted too, another phone charger works fine both ports work and the original charger doesnt chare help me please
