You could try in safe mode I guess (note: I don't know/not sure of it allows you to run in safe mode)
But other than that, factory reset and of that doesn't work then visit service centre.
Service centre would be able to diagnose the problem than in forums because they can see and have the device in hand.
愤怒WarmanBear in mind I am not from Asus. But if the recommendation is to take it to service centre, then that's probably the advice at the moment unless someone else have/had similar issues to you.

after few days o got this answer :

My AeroAcrtive Cooler 3 working just fine ( fan , lights , headphone and charging )
yesterday while playing , I heard like a Finger snapping in my ear ech time my fingers touchs the back of the cooler , tried to re-plug the headphones and use another one , and same problem is the same , then the sound start to disapear once i touch the cooler ( meanwhile evey thing else is working like charging or fan or rgp lights )
there is no sign of any damages in phone slot location or the fan itself
