Frequently shutting down while getting calls

Using Rog 3 since 2months, and now after the Dec security patch updates the device is getting shut down automatically while getting any sort of calls, be it an audio call or a video call. Many a times there's no notification of any missed calls as well.
Kindly assist ASAP!

Really sorry as you are facing this issue even after the latest firmware version update. '
Request you to try factory reset once on your phone.
If the issue is still not solved, Please visit the nearest service center:

Due to the lockdown, service centers may not be functional. Kindly call the service center before you visit one.
