Factory reset didn't make any difference. I had visited the service center once, they installed a different software (.183) on the device and the problem solved completely, but it came back after 1 day.
Is this a known issue which is solvable by an update or is it a hardware issue which requires me to visit the SC again?
Hi dixitshantanu55, If you have already been to the SC, request you to visit again as that will be a quick way to fix the issue. If you have any issues during or post service please share me the RMA no. via DM.
