With Adaptive brightness off screen remains either very bright or 0 brightness when adjusting the brightness meter while video is playing on netflix. Even at low percentage brightness screen looks very bright on phone and twin view and then won't go dimmer until 0 percent brightness.. so either max brightness or none at all during netflix video playback.
