BOOTLOADER UNLOCKED FAILURE - ASUS__I003DD/ ANDROID 10/ VERSION 17.0823.2008.78

Anybody here, please help me unlock my phone bootloader  ASUS__I003DD/ ANDROID 10/ VERSION 17.0823.2008.78 - i tried many times, following and using the asus web application but, i ended with failure.  My OS is not updating anymore. android 10 which was the default when i bought the phone still thesame. it was 3 years ago. now im trying to manually update / root the phone for me to manually update but it cant.

Hello, try using the ZIP file, download the required firmware and upload it to the main one and reboot the phone, you will be notified that a new update has been found and update download the firmware from the official site Asus rog phone And there read the full instructions for installing the firmware
