Aeroo active cooler3 not working since A12

The fan is not working, tried clearing storage and cache of the armoury crate and rebooted my phone but still the same. I also bought another active cooler 3 but with same issue. Please fix this problem, thank you very much.

very interesting it might be because of the 272 update because asus removed the 272 update from the website
