Zeyphyrus G14 - Battery Problem

Hello,
I just bought my Zeyphyrus G14 few days ago. I noticed that there is an issue with my battery. I cannot charge it, now it is at 10%. I tried to leave the laptop unused for a couple of hours while plugged in the charger thinking that it might needs more time since the laptop is brand new. Unfortunately, nothing happened, the battery stayed at 10%.
Please help me fix this issue, I am so disappointed it is totally new laptop which I like a lot.
