My employer requires that my phone have a minimum Android version of 9.0 but I have 8.0 on my Zenfone 3 - ZE553KL. I don't want to buy a new phone as I really like mine. Any solutions?

Thank you for your asking. ZE553KL does not provide official Android 9 firmware version. If you are eager to use Android 9, ASUS does provide official unlock tool Version UnlockTool_9.2.0.0. However, please read the terms and conditions associated with Unlock boot loader before unlocking your device. The unlock device may have unexpected software issue or security issue like banking apps. Also, it will be regarded as out of warranty device and will no longer received any FOTA notification. It is strongly advised that you avoid activating this App unless you fully understand and accept the risks that may arise.
