Trying to Factory Reset my Rog Zephyrus M15 GU502lv Gaming Laptop. When I go into WinRE there is an option in troubleshoot that is called "ASUS Recovery." When I click on the tab, I'm asked for a Key and given direction to find the key through Microsoft. After entering the key and continuing, it loads for a minute then a Popup with a QR code and ASUS Support link pops up.
I'm trying to factory reset my laptop like the day I bought it, with all the ASUS crate, drivers, software, etc still installed when I reinstall windows and delete all the files.
