ROG Elite Rewards/Asus and Armoury Crate

Am I only one having continuous trouble with a Asus/ROG account?
Armoury crate will keep unlinking my rewards, this has been happening for like, 2 months now. Now it's not even displaying in a web browser properly, the entire reward system. All that effort to get a product registered and it's been nothing but an annoyance since getting the system.
If an account can't be a straightforward system then don't include it in a system tool 🙃
