For such issue, of course I will help to check one by one.
But please kindly help to verify below items first because your registration issue is most likely related to them.
And your registration only affects warranty, which is based on your invoice, so no need to worry too much or hurry.
made a typo mistake on email when registration
product registered by your family
if you have a proper invoice, the product might have been sold to someone else before you, please contact the seller if you have concern about this

Hello, I have a problem with the registration of the product. I created an account, registered the product and everything was ok. I logged out of the account and now when I log in, it's gone. When I try to register it, it says that this product is already registered and I do not have it in the list.

I went through the web to try to register a new wireless router, logged in can see my other products, tried to register the new device, at least four times, screen never changed each and every time after selecting the register button.
