My ASUS_Z01BDB won't send/recieve text messeges. Outgoing and incoming calls are not working... "CELLULAR NETWORK ARE NOT AVAILABLE" everytime i try to dial any number but the data connection is still working "internet" anyone can expirience a problem like this?

Hi, I have a Asus Zenfone 5 (ZE620KL) and today it happened to me 2 times, had to restart the phone. Maybe it was the last update? I don't know.

I"ll been tried everything, update/restart and ever formating my asus_z01bdb before, but until now my problem is the same. Now my phone is unable to use in almost 1 week for calls.. I don't know what to do 😞

Thank you for your asking. Kindly try some stay-at-home troubleshooting tips below:
1. Does the issue appear after any system/apps download or upgrade? Please try to enter "Safe Mode". If the function works well in Safe Mode yet the issue remains out of Safe Mode, please check on any disturbance from the installed 3rd party apps.

[Phone/Pad] How to Enter and Exit Safe Mode? | Official Support | ASUS Global2. Also, please try "the Factory Reset" 
Settings>System>Reset options>Erase all data(factory reset)
Please note that once the Factory Reset is completed, all data, apps, settings and personal information will be deleted.
