Not being able to use EZ Flash or express gate and can't update my bios

I can't Update my bios on my motherboard I've tried separate ways to update but just can't seem to get it right I've tried getting the bios update on ASUS, but it doesn't give me the option of windows 10 OS only up until windows 8.1.
Which one should I be choosing by bios and firmware and how do I install them please?

Sorry, I'm confused.
So you are trying to update BIOS 3503 but you can't do it?
BIOS is updated under BIOS interface, so I don't think OS version matters....
