Hi,
here is the attached image hope I get this fixed , I can’t even have WiFi or cable connection net
hardware software doesn’t have issue as I checked it with command centre

We recommend that you refer to the FAQ to check if there are any errors with the wired/wireless network hardware devices in Device Manager, or to uninstall and reinstall the drivers.
** If you are currently unable to access the internet, we suggest using another device with internet access to download the necessary files from the download section. Then, transfer the files to a USB drive and connect the USB drive to your computer to install the drivers.
