Detailed description:
The problem occurred when I was watching some movie on Netflix. Every time I hit pause, the laptop complete freeze, no mouse, keyboard nothing seem to works. I have to hold the power button to restart the system.
Now it's even worse, video on Youtube also have the same problem.

Hi there,
So are you using browser to watch Netflix and Youtube? Which browser is it?
If you try Netflix APP, does it help?

Sorry for my late respond.
I was using GG chrome Version 92.0.4515.159 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Oh I haven't try Netflix App yet. I will download & try it so wait a few day please.
I was crawling the internet about this issue, someone say it's windows 10 problems. I was so frustrated, I also have the refresh spinning circle (which I was manage to fix), this OS is not good :((

If you are using Chrome, can you turn on/off the hardware acceleration in Chrome to see if it helps?
