how to fix screen glitching on A409FJ

my laptop is so odd when i turn on the laptop the charging port is blinking, so i waited and get blackscreen and i try to resetteng the driver using ctrl+windows+shift+b and it work but the screen is glitching

i don't know its overheating, but when i try check cpu temps its around 58 - 98

i cannot clean the ram because the ram on motherboard and i dont have sodim ram to upgrade

i tried to reinstall windows, update driver, rollback the driver and still doesn't work
