I have an ASUS G15 G513RM which was purchased as A1 Refurbished from a reputable UK dealer.
I am having trouble connecting it to DELL Displayport Monitors via a HP G5 USB-C dock. It worked fine for a few days, and now it has decided not to work at all (two other laptops connect just fine with the same setup and cable).
I've tried updating windows, DELL Monitor drivers, ASUS drivers , power off/on everything without success.
My Laptop is on BIOS G513RM.327
Unfortunately, I can't seem to find any support page specific to that model, not any way to connect to ASUS Support humans. I also cant seem to registermy laptop on my ASUS account, it says the serial number is already registered.
Any ideas on how to contact support directly?
