I don't sure where I can post this message.
My laptop ROG STRIX G514QR
The Laptop freeze, but in different time in every boot.
This wich I find is:
- In Windows 10 or 11 is same.
- He have many time before block or not block when youtube clips play, Spotify is on radio program or big song list or when is in game and this is that only on pluged. (not on battery)
- When is on Battery and Spotify and Youtube can't stop freezing.
- The Freezing come when u are simple in windows, it don't come in preinstalaion or in bios (when u are plug in).
Bios is updated to last version.
I change the OS, Memory and SDD, that dosn't help.
I no anymore waranty that if u decide to help to identify problem I will be happy and to decide what to do at next step.
