File Manager keep increasing

Hi, my file manager data is so large, idk how. it keeps increasing n now it's 5GB. Can anyone tell me what the data contains and where those 5GB data saved at. I wanna delete it just afraid what the data contains hv something important in it or related to othed apps data.
