Dysfunctionning 3.5 mm jack and internal antenna broken Zenfone 3 ze520 kl

Hello,

recently my zenfone 3 slipped out of my hands and hit the floor. Since then, I don't have any sound coming from the audio jack. I ordered a new jack element and replace it but that didn't solve the problem. So here is my first question, What could be the reason of this jack dysfunctionning ?

When the repair, I had disconnect the internal antenna. It was difficult to do and turns out I broke the contact on the the motherboard. Is there a way to fix it ? Is the antenna dedicated to mobile network because I can still receive wifi connection.

I'm afraid it cannot be done this way. 
The eMCP is soldered onto the motherboard, and attempting to replace it may cause damage to the board or the chip.

by cloning, I mean using a software. Like I did on from my zenfone 3 to my zenfone 10 with clone phone
