DIMM_A1 & A2 slots not registering RAM

B_Treakle
Star I

I recently purchased a ProArt z790 Creator WiFi and am having a hell of a time getting it to read all of my RAM sticks. Individually tested in slots B1 and B2, all they each show in the BIOS startup, so I am fairly confident that my RAM is good. When I try to either boot with two sticks, one in A2 and one in B2, or with all four slots filled, the motherboard won't post. How do I fix this issue? This is the second motherboard that I've had this issue with.
