I can see there is light on the Asus Zenscreen. but no matter i select Duplicate/Extend mode, it doesn't works.

Hi Blake, I can't find any Type A USB port on Zenscreen. I only found 2 ports (USB Micro B & USB Micro B Super Speed). I use the given Type A to USB Micro B Super Speed cable connect between Zenscreen and my laptop. Then I use my own Type A to USB Micro B cable connect between Zenscreen and laptop as well as direct connect to a power plug. Both doesn't works.
Hi Zheepern, Sorry, I mistakenly type the wrong spec. Please connect the laptop and Zencreen with Type A to USB Micro B Super Speed cable, and connect Zencreen to a adapter (like regular adapter for phone, at least 10W) with Type A to USB Micro B cable. Let me know the result. Thank you.
Hi there, Even with the E203MAS? and how many Watt is the plug supporting? In this case, then we might need both the laptop and the monitor back to our service center. All three laptops that you mentioned are pretty old, so it would be more accurate to test directly on the laptop. Thank you.
