Detailed description：
I recently bought the laptop and moved to another country, few days ago the "A", "-" , "*" these three buttons are stopped working, I tried to update the bios and everything that is shown in the website, still no luck. What can I do? Using external keyboard is such drag with laptops. Currently I'mm in japan if there are any support center, it would be great, I still have my warranty.

execute this "ctfmon.exe" application
and then type above keys in notepad
