ASUS FX503VM turn on suddenly when laptod lid closed & Asus logo stuck

i've asus fx503vm with windows 10 installed 1909 version
bios up to date
sometimes the laptop turned on suddenly when the lid closed
another problem is that sometimes when i turn on the laptop is stuck on asus logo and i need to turn it off and turn it on again.

Hi @e.bensal, we would like to ask few things:
When did it start to happen?
Does it happen after BIOS/windows update/after installing any kinds of program, or it just happened under normal usage conditions?
Does computer restart by itself when you open the lid? Or you notice it restart when the lid is closed?
Please let me know your settings when computer lid is closed [right click on the battery icon -> power options -> choose what closing the lid does] and provide us the screenshot.
