Detailed description：
When I go into Device Manager I see the Display Adapters configured fine but the "monitor" just shows as "generic pnp monitor" and I don't have 144hz refresh rate as an option. Does anyone know how to resolve this problem?

There are 2 version of this model, one 144Hz one and and 60Hz one.
I would need your SN to check which one you have,
or you can double check your purchase record and detail.

So you don't have the option to change switch refresh rate?
May I have a screenshot and please double check if your BIOS and display driver are up to date.

Yeah. I Do have the option to switch between 144 and 60 hertz, but it still just use the generic pnp monitor.
I have tried to update, remove and install the display monitor. Nothing works for me.
