Could you please tell me what's the full model number of the laptop you are using?
Also, how do you connect the laptop to the external monitor? (HDMI? USB TYPE-C?)

There are 2 external Arzopa monitors and they have different wires so there is flexibility.
I want to extend the monitors as well not duplicate.

the USB "c" port doesn't pick them up.
