Constant Blue light

Hi All

i have recently purchased a Aesus Ax1800 XD400 plus.

it has been working fine, but quite recently one of the nodes has a constant Blue Light(picture attached).

i have tried everything from rest to re adding it to the mesh system but it just dosent seem to cone out from the Blue light stage(picture attached).

any suggestions please.

Based on your description, the blue light on your node remains solid, indicating that your node has successfully powered on and is ready for configuration (this state means the device has not yet been fully configured).

thanks for your reply.

please note the constant blue light is not on the router but on one of the Nodes. I have tried pressing the reset button but it just has the constant Blue light at any given point of time.

please advise.

 so i guess i fall under the above. How do i configure it properly to get rid of the constant Blue Light
