Hi ASUS,
Like to ask why my recent purchase of my ROG Strix x670e-a motherboard warranty was not the full 36 months but 26 only. This was through your Amazon online store. No where on the website the product advertisement mentioned 26 months. I went to you ASUS homepage and it mentioned the all mobo past a certain year was 36 months or 3 years. I’m really disappointed appointed about this know after I bought it. I have not opened the box yet and planning to return it. I just felt that I was cheated by false advertising.
Like to hear what you have to say for a big company as yours.

According to the How to inquire Warranty Status guide, if the user can’t provide the effective purchase invoice of the product, the product warranty will start from the date of device delivery according to the product S/N.
