Note: Location of the fingerprint sensor may vary on different models.
1. Go to Settings > [Security & lock screen] > [Fingerprint] > Choose the screen unlock requirement you want
2. For example, when you select “Pattern” to be the secondary unlock requirement:
3. Find and locate the fingerprint scanner and start adding a fingerprint ID.
Note: You can create up to 5 sets of fingerprint IDs on each phone.
