Note: Once the Factory Reset is completed, all data, apps, settings and personal information will be deleted from the device after the initialization.

Please follow the below steps:

1. Select the Settings

 

2-1. For Android 7 and below:Select Backup & reset in Settings. Click Factory data reset.

*If you have a screen lock, you'll need to enter your pattern, PIN, or password.
 

 2-2 For Android 8:Select System > Reset in Settings. Click Factory data reset.

*If you have a screen lock, you'll need to enter your pattern, PIN, or password.
  

 

2-3 For Android 9:Select System > Reset options in Settings. Click Erase all data (factory reset).

*If you have a screen lock, you'll need to enter your pattern, PIN, or password.

  

3. Click the Reset phone button.


4. Click Erase everything to confirm.

 Note 1 : Once the Factory Reset is completed, all data, apps, settings and personal information will be deleted from the device after the initialization.
