[Healthcare system] Procedure for performing a forced restart on ASUS VivoWatch 6

(1) Forced Restart Method with Power Remaining: If your ASUS VivoWatch 6 encounters an unexpected system issue without warning and still has some battery power left without connecting to a USB charging cable, you can force a restart by pressing and holding the upper right button for 12 seconds.

(2) Forced Restart Method with No Power: If your ASUS VivoWatch 6 faces a system glitch without warning and the battery is depleted, first connect the USB charging cable and charge for 15 minutes. Then, disconnect the cable, press the upper right button for 1 second without reconnecting the cable, wait for about 10 seconds, and the watch will restart.

(3) Exiting Bootloader Mode: If you unintentionally activate bootloader mode on your VivoWatch 6 while performing a forced restart, indicated by the display showing BOOTLOADER in blue text and rendering all watch functions inaccessible, press the upper right button to exit. Engineers primarily use bootloader mode for debugging and system repair. It's advisable to refrain from further actions unless directed by a professional.
