We all may have made New Year resolutions such as sticking to a better diet and exercising regularly. Use your ZenFone and the ASUS ZenFit app to achieve those goals.

Health Hub: Your stats at a glance

To start using ZenFit, you just need to set up your profile with some basic information and be ready to have your activities tracked. After that, every time you start the app, you’ll see a summary of the latest status on the Health Hub, such as the number of steps you’ve taken, calories you’ve burned during workouts and your heart rate.

Get daily, weekly and monthly reports
Once get started, you can see advancements on the daily, weekly and monthly reports. These activity reports will not only show more detailed information about step and calorie counting or distances covered but also let you know how your performance is improving.

Keep Track Of Your Workouts

Getting fit is never a lonely process when you can have your own virtual personal trainer in your pocket at all times. ZenFit will help keep track of your activities and keep you motivated. Choose from simple physical activities, like walking, running or cycling. You can also have a goal-free workout or set your own goals. So even if you only have half-an-hour a day to spare, you can still establish a training routine.

Keep Your Heart In Check
You can measure your heart rate with the ZenFone camera. Place your finger on the back camera lens and it will detect your pulse. By measuring your heart rate on daily basis, keeping track of your health is very easy.

Tip: The best time of day to measure your resting heart rate is in the morning, just after waking up. A normal resting heart rate should be between 60 and 100 beats/per min. However, results might vary for each person.
