Anyone who has encountered dysfunctional recent app & back key? My unit is zenfone 4 max (ZC554KL)
Recent app & Back Key not working
Try to clear cache n storage of zenui launcher from settings>apps & notifications>all apps>zenui launcher >storage >clear cache clear storage n check if it solves if not
Try to check if you keys respond in safe mode
To entre safe mode hold power key when u see option of switch off tap n hold for few sec and popup will appear saying entre safe mode do ok and check to get out of safe mode just restart your device if still issue exists
Try factory data reset by backing up all your data
If still issue isn't resolved take ur device to nearest service centre for further checkups as it may be hardware damage
