I already experience this too many times, At first when my Asus Zenfone 5 with Lollipop firmware, it's just keep stuck when im playing game, so i'm force a shut down, and keep happens and happens. Then it's become worse like after shut down can't be opened, so I put my charger then I can on the phone. But my battery reduce a lot.
Then I'm doing a downgrade, I thought it might be better, yet become worser. It's doesnt stuck anymore, it's just directly shut down then I also can't reboot it, and keep showing me a logo with low battery like then off. I need to put charger on, then I can boot the phone.
Then today, I charge the phone until 100% I tried download apps, and read novel in chrome. Below is how my battery reduce until then,
12:58 PM = 100% just unplug
1:25 PM = 88%
2:04 PM = 74%
2:10 PM = 67%
Until here, I tried to open my game and it's Mobile Legends. Then its suddenly shut down. When I tried to open it with charger my battery decrease like "what the fuck" and it's
2:22 PM = 2%
Now, I don't know what I have to do. I've already do anything I can...🤢
